In 64 I know for a fact that your car came with the rubber seal on the rad cross bar if it had AC. there were also cars that came with out AC that had it as was the case with the 64 fury that I bought new in 64. the sport fury that I got in 1988 that had been in storage for 20 years with 27K miles on it had no AC but had the rubber seal. the 64 sport fury vert that I got in 1994 had no AC and had no rubber seal and no holes in the cross member but it had a 426 and a shroud. I don't think that you can figure on any perfect set up from those early years. seems that things just got done with no real quality control. there could be many one of ones out there that mother mopar never acknowledged that it was ever built. I only know what I had from buying it new.and seeing others at the time when they were new. Even Galen can not acount for it all Dave O ----- Original Message ----- From: "Derrick Brown" <63max426@xxxxxxxxx>

hi dennis, correct , non AC car. i wondered so. BUT on the 65 i had also a correct car, it had the rubber seal, maybe it was added i guess? so bottom line i should worry too much because these are the same seal for 63 and 65 i guess? On Jul 4, 2008, at 10:03 AM, Dennis J. wrote:Derrick, It is my understanding they only came on the A/C cars. If no holes, then your car may not have come with A/C?
