Re: REALLY off topic car question

I picked up a real neat little 65 American coupe 440-H
car and it has a rebuilt 6 in it now. I'm going to put
a 390 with auto out of a 70 Ambassador and use a
javelin rear end in it. I don't intend to put a pile
of cash into it, but a few bucks. I think t will be a
neat little car. I'm thinking I should tub it so I can
put some wide tires and wheels ot back. I figured just
vcam the 390 and a shift kit in the trans would be
plenty to probably beat a lot of cars anyway. I have a
total investment inthe two cars at this point at about
$300.00 Lyle

----
Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
