Marcus and Herb, I can vouch for "Gary's". He restored the wheel on my 62 Polara 500 convertible and while it wasn't cheap, he did a great job. I can send you a picture if you like. He does the graining at the bottom of the wheel by hand with a dremel tool. They are in Carlisle PA, and usually at the Chryslers in Carlisle show in July. The worst part of having the wheel restored is the time it takes. He usually runs a 1 or 2 month backlog. If you are going to use the car, you might want to consider getting an old steering wheel to put on temporarily.
