I have 550 horsepower and 446 cubic inches and 7,100 redline with a 3/8 fuel line.A Holley 780 duel feed, single pump. Runs fine on a road course for hours. ?Alcohol, might need larger, I just do not know. joe machado?

Hi guys.
I'm working through a couple of things with my 63 Sport Fury and was going
to fit a half inch full flow fuel system Catch is I cant find a 1/2 inch
tank pick-up...only 5/16 and 3/8.
Interested in your thoughts - is half inch needed? Or anyone knows where I
can get a pickup from? I've worked through the vendors on this page and no
luck so far. If nobodies got it then maybe I'm a little ambitious and don't
need it anyway *grin*
Pump will be a Holley Blue through a good filter.
Carb is currently a big Edelbrock but will change to a cross ram and twin
Holly's.
Plan down the track is to stroke the 426 into 500+ cubes (once my wallet
catches up with my ambitions) so I want to have all the systems ready to
handle this change.
Interested in your thoughts....
