cylinder head I.D.

My engine has a cracked cylinder head, but my friend has a pair that are 
casting number  2951250.  I have discovered that these were used on some 
1968 440 engines, but no other info.  Does anyone know anything about 
these heads?  I'd hate to send them off to the machine shop if they're 
performance duds.
