Yeah, that guy has been listing that place for five years at least.
Some neat stuff there, for sure, but 1.6 million? I don't think so. Land up there isn't too expensive and he isn't clear on whether it's included. 
I can't see the car stuff being worth 100g's, much less 1.6 mil.
