t-bars twist

 I  have  a set of t-bars i yanked from a parts car a few months ago.
Like a dummy I stood them up in a corner and forgot about them.
   a couple days ago i found them   and noticed they have a slight arc
to them and they dont roll smoothly across the garage floor.  I put a
straightedge on them and they are definitely not a  flat line.
  1) could that have happened that quickly?? ( about 3 months)
    2) or is it probably previous wear??
     3) Or is that how they come??
