Yes. I can't think of any odd stuff if you have all the original motors adapters, pulleys, etc. Get the 1965 Chrysler's transmission also if you can and use it. You'll need to modify the driveshaft. Change the front pump to allow later torque converter. Depends on the crate. I understand there was a lot of QC issues with the crate Hemi. I read recently where a guy bought a 426 crate Hemi and spent a lot ($6000? comes to mind; can't recall exactly) in machine shop fees to make it right. :( I've not heard anything about the crate big block wedge motors.
