I'm posting this mail for Jimmy Peavy: ................ You can't disconnect the neutral wire and expect it to start. That's where the relay goes to ground. Try grounding the neutral wire to the negative side of the battery, or a good, known ground. Sounds like the neutral start switch may be bad.
