looks like a nice piece.  the originals are a b!!*^$h to install
without dissembling the the entire BnT.  there is a described method
in the FSM and detailed in a mopar tech manual,  it involves sliding
it through the housing.  My nice original tore in the process, so
I found and tried this:

they are made in Europe and my US supplier went out of business
after I sold just a handful.  If anyone is interested, I'll 
investigate finding another supplier or getting some imported.

they expand and slip over the outside of the housing...  changing the
boot takes just a few minutes...
