Nope. The bellhousing is different. It'd take the power otherwise. As I recall, that particular attempt was my first lesson in small block to big block swaps all of 25 years ago.

'63 Sport Fury 'vert



I responded to an ad that was run on this bulletin board for a 727 PB
tranny.  The guy responded, wanting to put it behind a 413.  Mine was in
a 318 car.  Two questions:  will it bolt up, and could it be beefed up
with a rebuild to withstand a 413?
