The same for me. I purchased a disc brake conversion kit from Master
Power Brakes. It uses all Mopar parts, except the combination valve. I
can tell you I'm tickled with the performance! I have yet to lock up
any wheel, and it stops almost like a new car. Don D.'s advice to use
Mopar parts is spot-on, however my main reason for doing so was in case
I "brake" down, I can get factory replacement stuff from any auto parts
store.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
