dang it, I posted this a few days ago and it never surfaced, I will try
again.
time to yank the 7.25 from my cuda ( 1967 , sorry, off topic)
I have an 8.75 but no shock plates and springs.
Would the 7.25 shock plates fit?? PROBABLY NOT, huh??
If not, does somebody re-pop 8.75 shock plates ??
Or what about shock plates from an old tapered axle B-body 8.75??
Or is there a specific A-BODY shock plate??
and now What of springs?? the old 7.25 setup leafs wont work will
they??
thanks in advance, sorry for the off topic
