If you can't find anything obviously wrong Paul, squirt some Marvel Mystery Oil in each cylinder and let it sit for a week. I have used this stuff on several engines with low or no cpmpression and after a few applications the compression came up. I used it on a 4 cylinder Suzuki a few years ago, squirting a little in each cylinder every couple weeks during the winter...engine had 0 compression in 2 cylinders and 50 lbs in the other 2. By spring, all 4 had 135 lbs. and I was able to get the bike running. I SWEAR by this stuff!
