OT: 55 Plymouth suspension swap?

Anyone know if I can swap the front suspension of a 55 Plymouth with a 57-59 
Mopar? Sorry it off topic, but Im trying to figure out a low cost brake 
swap. The 57-up suspension can use the A-body or FMJ-body spindles.
