The "H" is for the 440 series.  The 1966 Coronet series were -

WK - Coronet Police
WT - Coronet Taxi
WE - Coronet
WL - Coronet Deluxe
WH - Coronet 440
WP - Coronet 500

The Coronet R/T arrived for 1967, series 'WS', while the Coronet Super Bee
of 1968 was 'WM'.

According to an online decoder, its a 318 2bbl car , built at the LA
plant. Oddly enough, WH is a Coronet in the High price class. Sure its a
440 model? Not a 500? (its a pretty clear difference between 440 and
500, so I am sure you know its a 440, but its not a deluxe, maybe thats
what WH stands for)

Special order engine may have been like high altitude, or something
along those lines. I am not a vin expert.
