Yes, that is a Canadian Dodge - either a Polara with the optional bucket
seats and floor shift (it has neither pushbuttons nor column shift) if built
before April 1964 or a Polara 500 if built later. The Canadian 1964 Polara
500 was model VD-H and not VD-P as in the U.S. And you could get a Polara
500 with a slant six, too.

Canadian Dodges based on the Plymouth used Plymouth instrument panels from
1939 through 1959, as did the 1960-61 Canadian-built Dodge Dart. The 1962
Plymouth and Dodge used the Dodge instrument panel but returned to the
Plymouth unit for 1963-66.

Chrysler Canada began building Fury, Polara and Monaco models for the
American market with the 1967 model year, and all Canadian-built 1967-70 C
body Dodges used Dodge instrument panels. The Canadian plant stopped
building C bodies at the end of November, 1969.
