One thing I've found over my 25 yrs of investigating accidents, and this is  
not all inclusive, but it seems boys drive in a more competitive nature, and  
girls drive only as a method to get somewhere.  We've all paid our dues,  and 
I don't recall a ticket I didn't deserve.  I don't write many  tickets 
anymore, maybe 1 a week or so, and these are for flagrant safety  issues like blowing 
stop signs or road rage issues.  Burn outs and  equipment violations I can 
live with.  Any insurance guy will tell you that  the most dangerous thing to 
watch out for is 3 16 year old girls and a 100 watt  stereo!  Don't tell my 
boss, but I have never written an active duty  soldier.  Just a promise I made to 
myself when I was making $398 a month  before taxes.  Joe
