You may need to upgrade to a flexplate with 7/16" bolts.  The stock  ones 
have 5/16" bolts.  I have a Lupo 10 1/2" converter and they require  7/16" bolts. 
 I use the Mopar P4529751 SFI flexplate (31.50) and the 7/16"  bolt kit 
P4529592.  13.95.  Mopar catalog prices.  The B&M  flexplate looks stronger and 
costs more.   Joe
