KR Mustang is the name of the shop, owned by my brother, where I've done
most of my learning and wrenching. As a result, I am very familiar with
Fords and for this reason used a Ford system in my EFI swap.
I have three Mopars (57, 65, and 66). I don't own any Fords.
The leaking valve cover incident was on the 440 in my brother's '65
Belvedere, one of his six Mopars (57, 58, 65, 69, 70, 71). And they would
puke oil at any RPM. Baffling had nothing to do with the fact that this
particular set of valve covers was warped, improperly machined, or came from
a bad mold. He replaced them with Edelbrock stamped steel chrome covers,
which do not leak.
I replaced my misshapen seeping factory valve covers with cast aluminum
Offy's. They look cool and they use the original style breathers.
Other problems from MP we've had:
Bought an RB electronic ignition kit. The distributor was missing the
collar and roll pin. Bought two adjustable pinion snubber kits. One was
missing the hitch pin and clip. That along with the leaking valve covers
tells me MP has quality control problems. Those three purchases constitute
about 20% of what my brother and I have ordered from MP. Not the greatest
odds in my opinion.

Dave, is the "kmustang" address stuff indicating you are a Ford guy?
