This is a color change for the car and the dash pad is beyond repair. Just as you noted, many colors of red! I'll check with them and see if I can get a sample.

I got the carpet for my '63 S.Fury from: http://www.auto-interior.com/ I shopped around quite a bit and they had the cheapest price, $92.00. This was a new experience for me and it went pretty well except that there was a pretty stubborn wrinkle which ended up between the bucket seats and since I don't have a console it is visible. The front fit great but the back didn't really fit into the foot wells like I thought it should. There is some hammocking like where the hump meets the floor and the "shelf for the back seat. Can't help you on the correct color. What color was the dash pad? Mine is red as was the carpet. I ordered the med. red and it was still a brighter red than the original. When I was younger a freind had a '63 S. Fury exactly like mine. Exterior color was black, interior was red/white.
