Big-D,  If everything pans out, I'm planning a dyno test this winter  on the 
451.  Using 2x4, 1x4, Hp manifolds and Maxie manifolds.  Dumb  question; How 
do you know where your redline is?  The Comp cam (231/237  degree .525 lift) is 
rated at 5800. The Manley springs are 135 lb and 330  lb on the nose.  Stock 
polished/resized rods with good bolts and a forged  crank.  Is there a safe 
guess that can be made before the valves float or  something gets hurt?  The 
plan was for a torque motor with hp under 6000  rpm.  HELP!!!  Joe
