It was installed by the shop, but of course I broke it in. (usual: 20/50 weight oil with engine at 2000 for 20 minutes, then let it idle while dialing in the carb for a half hour.) The dummy that did up my receipt didn't put down the right numbers (put some weird 272 on it for the cam, they tell me that's not right) so I have no idea, I just know it was ground by Delta. I don't have any measuring tools to find if the valves open all the way or not. I finally worked out an issue with my Holley, runs smoother, but the idle still sounds like crap, really bad rhythm. At least it doesn't gas out the guys behind me anymore ;)

Ben,

Did you install this cam or did the shop? Is it degreed correctly?
Sounds like youve got a bit of a mess on your hands, but if you are
certain its in the cam, perhaps starting from a baseline, and seeing
where it is actually installed in terms of crankshaft rotation would be
a good start.

Also, being its a regroung cam, making sure all the valve are opening
the same amount would be a good idea as well.

Doc.
