If there were an unlimited supply of these, a price could be  established for 
it, it is not a numbers matching setup so that lowers the price  some,,,,,,,
     I guess that you could take the major  components, figure their value, 
and then find a magic multiplier (to compensate  for the time, travel, and or 
shipping of parts) to calculate the value of  having it all together, another 
factor would be whether he wants to sell it or  just will sell it if the price 
is right, at any rate, you have found something  that probably 90% of other 
moparites will never run into in the rest of  their lifetime
     My personal guess is that if you can  pick it up for under 4.5K you will 
have gotten a good deal
