I'm asking for help from our decoding experts.  I recently purchased a 
'68 Charger that I've sent to a shop for a full restoration.  I have 
decoded the fender tag, except I question whether I have 3 of the number 
combinations decoded properly.  Your help would be appreciated in 
decoding the 2nd and 3rd row from the bottom as follows

3rd row up  2   3   7
2nd row up  5   0   8

I'd like to compare your interpretation with my own.  Thanks!!!
