well my 273s  distributor looks pretty loose wobbly and worn out so
maybe I will just go ahead and swap it over to electronic ign.
   I can get a rebuilt electronic distributor for 50 bucks at the  parts
   house.
   BUT!!!- ( and heres my question): 
    I already have a good module and internally regulated alternator
    sitting on the shelf,but it was/is from a 440 engine . 
  Will that alternator and module work/fit  a small block 273?? I know
  the distributors are different.
