I need help with a '65 Dart GT that has a 225 /6 and a floor mounted
shifter torqueflite 3 speed. If I want to install a 318 LA engine,
will I need a different transmission? The starter mounts on the top
driver side of the bell housing now, but the V-8's starter mounts low
on the pass side, right? Did Dodge make two different A904
transmissions in '65? One for the /6 and one completely different for
the v-8? Thanks for any help on this....
