i am currently running a .598 solid cam, i have the chance to
pick up a .640/.640 roller cam.
 
my question is about the streetability this would bring.
shoudn't the roller be better on a 30 mile drive?
the solid cam i am running now is good for 30 mile trips
and for the strip, but i can't help but think the roller would
help the quarter mile.
 
also, i will ask this of don, any number comparisons from running
1.5 rockers to 1.6 rockers? exhaust or intake only?
is there a calculation i can use to figure the added lift to a cam?
