This 1966 Plymouth Satellite two-door hardtop left the factory with a 426ci Hemi V8 under the hood, and its Hemi was stroked to displace 514ci during a refurbishment that was conducted circa 2017. The car was sold new by Voelz Motors Inc of Columbus, Indiana, on April 21, 1966, as one of 314 Satellite hardtops built for the model year with a Hemi engine linked to a three-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. The V8 is augmented by Indy aluminum cylinder heads, a hydraulic roller camshaft, an aftermarket cross-ram intake manifold, dual Holley 750-cfm carburetors, a Milodon oil pan, tubular exhaust headers, and a custom fuel cell. The white-over-red Plymouth also features a limited-slip differential, 15″ steel wheels, hubcaps, Mickey Thompson tires, four-wheel disc brakes, subframe connectors, and CalTracs traction bars as well as a hood scoop, front bucket seats, a center console, a Hurst shifter, an AM radio, and red carpeting.
