Swap Meet updates on the 62-65 swap meet

Hi all,

 Joe Suchy's parts for sale listed on the 62-65 Mopar Website were
revised. There was one new item added to Joe's list:

 New: "$100.00 each 1960-1966 Horn switch, all bodies except 1964
Plymouth premium wheel"

 There were also several price adjustments on the items for sale from
Joe Suchy. The changes were mostly prices going up, as you would
guess, though a few went lower.
