This is a restored heater core for my 64 sport fury. I hooked up an air source at 5lb psi to test it before putting it in the car. I don't actually know what pressure is going through the heater, but figured 5 lbs work work. I Found two leaks. I cleaned and soldered one (see pic; no not a pro but it doesn't leak anymore).The other is a slow leak around the o ring. How have you dealt with this? O ring or some kind of sealant?Thanks / Butch--
