Rollers look good? Did you spray some lube / silicone on the tracks? I did not see any online videos showing the actual B-body window regulator operation. I know it is a royal pain, but there is an option to take off the door panel of the door that has the power window going up & down fine and see exactly what it looks like there in regard to the regulator with a taped hole etc. ( I assume you mean tapered hole?)
