Re: track width of 1965 Coronet and front frame rails width??

I just found the track/tread width of the A100. 60.83 inches. That's  almost  a full inch wider than the b-bodies, which might work. Then there's also the spacing on the leaf springs to think about.

A few more thoughts:

* Do you have the booklet "Authenticity Guide -- 1965 Dodge and Plymouth Hemi Super Stocks" by Jim Schild?  But I think it is currently out of print and no longer available. I may have a copy of it but can't lay my hands on it right now. Here is an old page that described the booklet.

https://www.ornocar.com/schild_autoreview1965.html

* There is also a technical report that was put out by Chrysler about building the AFX B-body cars.

https://web.archive.org/web/20160912055159/http://www.moparmax.com/features/2006/images/05-report/report.pdf

* Lastly, a man named Gary Gerard hosts an old website called afxer.com that has his email and phone number listed on in case you want to ask him about the tracking width here:
http://www.afxer.com/documents/74.html

That website also lists for "contact" Bill Atwood and others (like Steve Magnante) on
http://www.afxer.com/documents/34.html  I don't know if those "contact" emails still work though.

By the way, there is also a fun story about a 1965 Dodge called "Tension" on that afxer site:

http://www.afxer.com/documents/mag_s_corner_continued.html

Thanks,
Gary H.
