02-119352 - Pine Ridge Elementary
Punch List work in progress. Today Landscape work is in progress. Gym Logo is in progress thru next Wednesday.
The Play Equipment footings need to dry out.
Still waiting on date from playground equipment installers.
Added:
-It is reported that Building A permanent stage work is pending.
-It is reported there are Casework changes at Classroom 2 and Classroom 3. Work is pending.
-There are to be reception desk changes. Work is pending.
-It is reported there will be classroom flooring changes, Vinyl tile and linoleum in lieu of carpet.
-They still have to schedule to grind of the asphalt and apply an overlay after the temp portables are removed. It is unknown when this will occur.

The Multipurpose room double doors will be set during Spring Break.

02-120568-New Science and Planetarium
Plumbers installing domestic water lines, waste and vent at Level 1, Area 3. HVAC ductwork, fan coils and air handlers are being hung at Level 1, area 3 and starting to install hangers Level 2, Area 3. Seismic bracing is being installed on hanging units at Level 1. Metal framing contractor is installing studs, trimmers and headers at Level 1, Area 1 and upper tracks at Level 2, Area 2. Electricians are working at the equipment yard switchgear and grounding the equipment. Districts side of the equipment yard MSB is grounded to the Ufer and ready District letter to PG & E. I also verified the electrical contractor check torque values at 35 Lbs in the bus bars. CT Concrete contractor cast the Planetarium Lobby deck and 10” overhang around the dome, the column at 9/B.7 and curbs at Level 1, Area 3, and along Line A.1 to 8/ B.8 and Line 7/B.6 to C.7 and the multi-gender restroom.
