They cannot slide anything past the group.  The eyes of an eagle 🦅 on stand by.

Before they post a vehicle for sale, maybe we should have a look at the offering to critique it?

I thought there might be a good reason the price for a convertible seemed a bit low.

Several things if you look close. The dashbord is'65 Dodge but the instrument gauge cluster is'64 Plymouth. The pushbuttons may be do to using a pre '65 727 with 2 cables. Also look at the front of the heads in the video. You can see that there are no freezeout plugs as with a 426 Max Wedge head. The valve covers are also pre '64 with 4 bolts. So maybe 426 top on a 440 wedge.
