well for the little vans the tranny was very stubby, and had a strange arm that went upwards through which a bolt and bushing went through it to mount it to the frame. It kind of hangs by it.But it is still a 727 not a 904. Some guys resort to the more standar torqueflite but you have to do some pretty major wizardry to cross member it. My memory is that a "LoadFlite" transmission is just the name Dodge gave a TorqueFlite when the transmissions were installed in Dodge trucks.
If that memory is correct then the LoadFlite should look like a 727 TorqueFlite. What looks different?
