--My 63 Polara was driving great all of the long weekend. Parked it then went to start it and got a slight click then nothing. Measured the battery voltage and it's 12.49. Is that enough or border line? I'll try charging it later. Maybe bad alternator? If I charge it and it starts, I'll check the voltage again.Thought it might be neutral safety switch so I shifted out of park and stayed in neutral. Still nothing.Tried a different and new ballast resistor and nothing.Lights come on but maybe that's irrelevant.Any thoughts? Thanks.- JimJim Altemose, Long Island, NY
