Good point Neal about the roof being not flat.

https://youtu.be/KHY_zYDzlw0?t=193 is a video of the guy attempting to save a sunroof in a Mopar but the video hints 
at what the job entails to remove and replace with a another roof section.

If he has a video of  how to put the roof skin on etc. I did not find it with a quick search.
