There is a fellow that sells conversion kits WITHOUT BOOSTER or MASTER
CYLINDER on EBAY for 549.00 "Buy it now". I think he "assembles" new parts
into kits from available parts...I have his name and address if interested.
He's in Georgia.

I'm having the same considerations my self for my '63 Fury. One general
estimate I got from my mechanic was about $800-$900 for the kit and labor,
no power
booster. He didn't think one is necessary. I also have some spindles off a
later Chrysler which may reduce the price somewhat. I did this conversion
on
my '65 Comet with another guy and the total was around $1500 which included
the booster.
I'd appreciate letting me know what kind of estimates you get for the kit
and
labor.

I am considering upgrading the front brakes on a 63 fury. It looks like I
have 3 options:
Stainless Steel kit
Master Power Brakes kit
Roll my own with information on the 1962 to 1965 site.
I am leaning towards using on of the kits only because I don't need to try
to assemble the parts myself.
I would be interested on comments and recommendations from those of you who
have made the coversion.
Thanks
