ThE ST H 42 is the Hyd partner cam and is also very very fast. Another good hydraulic that really runs the numbers are the old Lunati Cheater stockers for the 383 . These are hydraulic cams with stock lift and unexplainable duration that will almost pull to 7000 rpm with no exoctic valve train. (Stock parts. ) We used one in our 460 cu inch 400 stroker ($1500 Econo Big Block (Chrysler Power Magazine approx March or July 1997) Car ran 11.88 on its very first pass (82 Mirada) We sold it to some local racers with an essential stock re ringed 440 in a 64 Dodge (M&R racing) and they ran elevens with it and low 12s. This was not a race engine persay in their car but esssentailly a re reinged 440 with a comp type vale job and MP street hemi valve springs. How good is it? Well they wont sell it back to us!
