one of the oil pan pages has messurments for front distance and depth and 
distance to the back of the pan from the drop.the 187 supposedly has worked 
for a few but i couldn't get it to work on my 65 and went with the original 
361 pan(no number stamped into it) As i recall the clearance problems are in 
the front passanger side of the lowest part of the pan where there should be 
a knotch or large ding  or missing space to clear it. even the correct one 
is real close. the other spot to watch oout for is the depth at the raer of 
the pan where it has to clear the drag ling of the suspension. the 187 pan 
is deeper in that area only by about .25" to .5" and will sit on the drag 
link.

the bare metal one in the first few photos is the one in mine now. (with an 
extra 2" added by a local welder)
