Bill, so nicely put, that I did just what you suggested. May everyones Christmas be safe, merry and happy. With reflection on this past year, we have a great group of guys and gals who help each other out, for friendship, comradeship and the love of our cars. May we all find love in our hearts and Mopar parts under our tree. God bless us all.

I would like to wish everyone in the group a great holiday season. The 
information, help and moral support that this group gives its members is truly 
something to be thankful for.

Not to be political, but there are a large number of young men and women 
serving in the military this Christmas, far from home and in danger just because 
they get up in the morning and put on the uniform of these United States. 
They are there to defend our rights as Americans, including our right to collect, 
drive and fuel our old cars. Some of you in the group have no doubt served. 


In recognition of their sacrifice, and we saw how so many of them paid the 
price the other day at mess, I went on the USO website and made a donation to 
the Call Home program. The program buys phone cards for troops at forward 
locations so they can call their families. Not a lot of money, and a lot less than 
we pay for little parts for our cars.

I would encourage each group member to take a moment and consider what these 
people are doing for our benefit and consider a gift to them.

Have a great holiday, enjoy your families, the time off and our cars.
