I move the lever to the off position.
Wih one, or both wheels off the ground, depending on which rear end you have (open or sure-grip).
I loosen the lock down nut on the park cable.Push the cable housing inward while turning the driveshaft.
You'll hear a clicking noise while turning the driveshaft.That;s the cable housing hitting the turning shaft.


I loosen the lock down nut on the park cable, and pull the cable housing outward from the case, while turning the driveshaft, until the clicking noise stops. Then I lock it down.
