 How doth one know when a radiator is too far gone and should be tossed, 
   I am pulling my big block Charger ( sorry Gary H.) apart and it has a
   nice big huge radiator, but it looks like the fins might have met the
   fan once for a second. definitely not a beauty. i know it works and
   doesnt leak, but can i ever make it right looking or should i just
   toss it.
