InLine Tube in Michigan sells repops of these.  They want $55/$85 
(OEM/Stainless) for the rear units and $190/285 for the full set-up.. 
I've never used them but have seen them used in a number of magazines.

Four or five yers ago I bought the rear cable by using Parts Voice for 
$50 and $75 (two different vendors).
