  Whats the proper way to repair a break in your printed circuit board? 
   Will a drop of solder bridging the gap do it?
    This might have been my problem with my wipers, i dont know, i tore
    out the dash gauge panel and found a break in the printed circuit
    that was basically preventing the voltage limiter( ?????  A LITTLE
    SILVER BOX WITH 3 PRONGS THAT PLUGS IN THE CIRCUIT BOARD ) from
    finding ground.
     Could that be whats making my alt gauge dance and my wiper switch
     breaker click?
    Geez I hope i found the problem
