I got a set.  I also went to the super hardware store and got stainless
fasteners.
I got my tank from Frank Mitchell and the sending unit, fill grommet, ground
clip & insulation pad.
It's another winter project for me.

Who is making new straps?  I can get everything else from gastanks.com,
but they don't have straps.

Since my car only has one, I figure I'd better do something about the
nasty thing!
