It looks very close to the one I have in my car, 46 ply sport fury console ,
but not exactly the same. maybe ma mopar used differant vendors?  the owner
of this one I emailed and we are swapping pics of each others origianl
boots. his is out of a 65 dodge and mine a 64ply. I don't see why they would
be dif as the consoles are the same. in both years. their are no part
numbers on the rubber boots.  once they are installed and turned down the
way they go in they look the same. its just when they are extended out like
his pic that they look differant. it would be good enough for any judged
show as original  Dave O

There is a repo shifter boot on ebay now #2487622771,plus he says he is
working on lower boot.Whats everyones opinion on this one?

I've seen many who say they are boots for 64/65 but they have never been
the correct ones. I have an original 64 sport fury 383 4spd. that I bought
new in 64. and they have never been the right ones. thye fit but are not
correct, not even close looking. the original one one the console is a
smooth rubber that comes up from the console and then inverts and turns
back down and then around the shifter lever. I'll take a picture and post
it. I'll check out laysons and see if the onre they have is correct Dave O

Perhaps Layson's has already repopped it. Stopped by their spot at the Nats
inquiring about boots for a 65 A Body (have 3 65 A's with a 4 speed).
Advised me they have repros for the 65 but sold out the limitied supply they
brought with them on Fri! Might check with them on the 64 boots
