1963 Dodge FSM(2-8) sez:
... (3) install the strut bushing outer retainer and nut finger tight only.
(4) install the LCA shaft washer and nut finger tight only. (5) position
the lower BJ stud into the LCA and tighten 100 ft. lbs. install cotter pin.
(6-12 deal with brake support plate, LBJs, and tierod ends...) (13) lower
vehicle to the floor. (14) tighten the strut nut, at the "K" member, 
40 ft. lbs. (15) adjust suspension height. (16) tighten the LCA shaft nut 
130 ft. lbs. and install cotter pin.  ....

inspect "K" member for stress cracks around the LCA pivot socket 
while you got it in pieces...

BTW:  check ebay for a cheap used FSM.
