The Rat roaster intake was as stated before a super stock street hemi intake used in Supoer stock on street hemis.
For instance. A SS/D 67GTX would have to use it as would any Suoerstocker based on the STREET (not race) Hemi. 
It was made by Edelbrock and was a magor improvement ocver the stock intake even with the Vanke modification. The Hemi I built last year for the bracket Dragster which was an old 68 Street Hemi based motor uses one (I recommended it). It works very well on that engine. I believe it to be a very good intake and not hard to tune.   2 Carters was the hot setup but like stated other tops were available although rarely seen
